Abstract
Given how quickly the global labor market is changing, educational institutions must constantly evaluate and improve their curricula to make sure graduates have the knowledge and abilities needed to succeed in their chosen industries. To address this need, the study "Revisiting 2020-2024 Curriculum: A Tracer Study to Align Global University Industry Requirements" looks into how well the existing curriculum prepares students for the workforce. A number of gaps still exist despite the significance of matching curriculum to industry demands: Inadequate focus on soft skill development: Academic programs may place more emphasis on technical skills than on critical soft skills like problem-solving, collaboration, and communication. Limited industry engagement: Schools might not interact with businesses enough, which could cause a gap between what students learn in the classroom and what employers need. A purposive sampling strategy was utilized to select 15 respondents from MMEM, MMPA and MBA classes for this qualitative study. Having at least three years of experience in the field is one of the main requirements. To identify the topics that surfaced from the target respondents' lived experiences, a thematic analysis was employed. When conducting this study, informed consent was taken into account as part of the ethical concerns. It can be concluded that this study will support the continuous endeavors to improve the caliber and applicability of education at Philippine Christian University, guaranteeing that graduates possess the abilities and proficiency required to thrive in a more competitive global labor market. It is highly recommended that periodic monitoring will be done to ensure updating of the graduate’s database which will serve as a basis for strengthening the curricular programs of the Philippine Christian University.
