Abstract

This research examined the enhancement of green spaces by evaluating facility management techniques in Patag Park, emphasizing the impact of successful management on visitor pleasure, sustainability, and total park use. The study acknowledges that urban parks are essential for delivering environmental, social, and recreational advantages; yet, their effectiveness is mostly contingent upon the quality of amenities and procedures maintained by park administration. The study used a descriptive research approach, including questionnaires and observations, to collect data from park visitors and residents about their experiences and views of space, infrastructure, technology, and management procedure. The results indicated that most visitors thought the park had enough room for people to use it comfortably and that its infrastructure could support both leisure and community activities. The study found that promoting the park on social media and creating web materials are effective ways for technology and information systems to attract visitors and help them learn more about it. People liked processes like garbage management and facility reservation, although they thought maintenance response times might be better. The report also stressed how important it is to properly dispose of garbage, take safety precautions, and interact with visitors online to keep them happy. The study shows that improving facility management is important for getting the most out of Patag Park as a green area. Suggestions include improving maintenance methods, buying new technology to promote the site and attract visitors involved, and making sure that safety and sanitary measures are always becoming better. By taking care of these things, Patag Park may better serve its purpose as a sustainable urban green space that balances the needs of the environment with the needs of the people who live there. This research adds to the body of knowledge on managing park facilities and presents useful information to policymakers, park managers, and local governments that want to make the most use of green spaces.
