Abstract

This study intends to measure visitor satisfaction at Aqua Boy Resort and analyze the impact of key service dimensions on their overall experience. Aqua Boy Resort, a budget-friendly aquatic destination in Quezon City, attracts families, friends, and young adults seeking affordable leisure and relaxation. With a capacity of 700–750 visitors, the resort experiences peak seasons in March, April, and December. While it offers swimming pools, lounging areas, and basic facilities, challenges persist in service delivery, including limited food options, weak Wi-Fi connectivity, accessibility concerns, overcrowding, and inconsistent staff hospitality. These factors directly affect visitor satisfaction and the resort’s competitiveness in the hospitality sector. The study used a quantitative descriptive design, employing convenience sampling with 100 respondents. A structured questionnaire measured visitor satisfaction across four dimensions: amenities, cleanliness, accessibility, and customer service. Data analysis through frequency distribution, weighted mean, and ranking highlighted both strengths and weaknesses. Findings revealed high satisfaction with cleanliness, particularly in swimming pools, restrooms, and recreational spaces. However, concerns were raised about food and beverage variety, poor internet access, limited parking, and challenges in reaching the resort. Although lifeguards and security personnel were rated positively, staff attentiveness and friendliness were identified as areas needing improvement. The study recommends an improvement plan focused on expanding dining choices through local partnerships, enhancing digital connectivity, improving parking and accessibility, strengthening crowd management, and providing staff training in customer service. Addressing these areas can enhance visitor satisfaction, encourage repeat visits, and improve Aqua Boy Resort’s reputation as an affordable and reliable leisure destination.
