Abstract

Accessible and well-kept green spaces are becoming more and more necessary as metropolitan areas become more urbanized. These areas, like parks and gardens, are essential for offering leisure activities, fostering mental and physical health, and protecting the region's biodiversity. One such local attraction that provides a calm setting for both locals and visitors is Rodriguez, Rizal's Hilltop Garden. The goal of this study is to perform a thorough evaluation of the garden's current condition, highlighting its advantages and disadvantages from the viewpoint of its patrons. To guarantee the garden's long-term viability as a significant community asset, the results will form the foundation of a suggested improvement plan intended to raise visitor satisfaction and engagement. This study used a quantitative, descriptive research design. A survey questionnaire was used to gather data from a sample of fifty Hilltop Garden visitors. The purpose of the survey was to collect data on the demographics of visitors, their opinions of the garden's amenities and services, the activities they partake in, and how satisfied they were with their overall experience. The results of the poll indicated that most participants had positive impressions about the tranquil atmosphere and natural surroundings of Hilltop Garden. most respondents expressed satisfaction with the location's general peace and beautiful scenery. The statistics did, however, also highlight a number of troubling aspects. Specifically, visitors cited inadequate signage, a lack of seats and rest areas, and unhygienic facilities. The inaccessibility of several paths and pathways, which made them difficult to use, was another common grievance expressed by tourists. The findings of the study provide credence to the idea that, in spite of Hilltop Garden's significant natural. The majority of the garden's existing offerings are passive, which limits its appeal to a wider range of visitors, particularly those with families or those seeking more energetic activities. The identified deficiencies in accessibility and amenities hinder tourist happiness and discourage return visits. Nonetheless, the overwhelmingly positive feedback about the garden's natural beauty offers a solid foundation for the recommended enhancements.
