Abstract

Bestlink College has adopted a hybrid learning model to manage its growing student population. While offering flexibility, this shift presents challenges that require analysis to ensure educational resilience. This study identifies these obstacles and proposes improvements based on student perceptions. By focusing on learner capacity, the research supports administrative decisions for hybrid development, providing a framework for balancing physical and digital environments in a post-pandemic landscape. A quantitative-descriptive case study design evaluated student experiences. Researchers gathered data from one hundred (100) BS Office Administration students through stratified sampling for representation across year levels. A checklist survey assessed learning outcomes, engagement, workload, and technical support. Data were analyzed using weighted mean and One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) to determine if satisfaction levels differed significantly based on demographic profiles. Respondents expressed satisfaction, with "learning new ideas" receiving the highest mean (3.03). However, a "Less Satisfied" rating (2.90) for deep comprehension suggests a gap in instructional clarity. While social belonging was high (3.04), technical issues hindered 73% of participants. For face-to-face sessions, commuting (58%) and costs (53%) were primary challenges. ANOVA results confirmed significant differences in satisfaction across age and year level, indicating the hybrid experience is not uniform. These findings show that while the model works for participation, technical and logistical barriers remain significant. Findings show hybrid models promote flexibility, but technical barriers must be addressed to maintain confidence. The study recommends "grouped" class schedules to reduce costs and enhanced campus Wi-Fi. Future strategies should focus on interactive tools to bridge the gap in student comprehension.
