Abstract
Sizzle and Slice is a pizza company based in Lipa City, Batangas, that supplies pizza products across CALABARZON and plays an important role in the performance of its resellers. Variations in product quality, including taste, ingredients, and preparation, may influence reseller satisfaction, consumer perceptions, and sales performance. Guided by Product Quality Theory, which emphasizes consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations for performance, durability, reliability, and overall satisfaction, this study analyzed the influence of pizza product quality on reseller businesses. The researchers used a quantitative research design and selected Sizzle and Slice pizza resellers through a probability sampling technique. Data were gathered using a structured survey questionnaire and analyzed through frequency, percentage, weighted mean, and ranking to assess the influence of pizza product quality on reseller businesses. The source Methods section also included recommendations for future research and discussion of supplier–reseller relationships, which require author review for proper section placement. The study results showed that pizza reselling in the area was primarily undertaken by small, newly established businesses with limited staff and modest income. Most respondents agreed that the pizza products performed well across all quality dimensions. Performance, reliability, durability, conformance, aesthetics, and perceived quality received positive ratings, indicating generally favorable evaluations. The results were positive regarding product quality; however, low profit margins were the most common problem encountered by resellers. Continuous improvement in product quality was identified as important for long-term business success.
