Abstract
This study aimed to assess the level of effectiveness of the Revitalize Police Sa Barangay Holy Spirit Quezon city. Specifically, for the respondents their safety and awareness was ease because of the barangay tanod together with the police with their skills in preventing crime and responding to incidents. The study used a Quantitative descriptive design with survey questionnaires to assess the level of effectiveness of revitalize police sa barangay Holy Spirit Quezon City. The Descriptive design was aimed to obtain information to systematically describe the phenomenon, situation, or population. The result showed the program of highly significant or highly effective that most respondents thought there was more police presence in the barangay. Based on the calculated weighted mean, patrol presence in key locations, like major roadways, and residential neighborhoods, was graded as "effective". Regular patrols, According to the respondents, it helped to increase the community's sense of safety. the Revitalized Police Program is generally perceived as effective by the residents of Barangay Holy Spirit. This indicates that the strengthened police presence and community-based initiatives have contributed positively to maintaining peace and order in the barangay. The increased police visibility may have enhanced residents’ sense of safety and security. The study also concludes that while the program is effective, strengthening their awareness, and community involvement is necessary for better implementation. also The positive assessment of the revitalized police efforts suggests that residents are noticing visible changes in how policing is being implemented in the barangay. Many respondents expressed that increased police visibility through regular patrols and active engagement in the community helped them feel safer in their daily lives. This sense of security is important because public trust and confidence are essential foundations of effective law enforcement. and the impact of police responsiveness, their quicker response to incidents increased their trust in law enforcement. When community members feel that their concerns are heard and addressed promptly, it strengthens the relationship between citizens and the police. the effectiveness is not only measured by crime statistics but also by how people experience and perceive police service.
