Abstract
This study evaluates the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing Monitoring, Control, and Feedback Mechanisms (MCFM) toward achieving Sustainability, Delivery, and Governance (SDG) in a supported United Nations (UN) Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) establishment in the Philippines. Using a quantitative descriptive research design, the study involved 200 respondents composed of NGO administrators, staff, and project coordinators. The key inputs or variables included formulation, implementation, monitoring and control, feedback mechanisms, and AI software applications. The purpose was to determine how AI could strengthen the organization’s governance and operational sustainability through automation, analytics, and adaptive feedback systems. The findings propose that AI-driven systems can significantly improve decision-making transparency, resource allocation, and project performance tracking aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The proposed output is an AI–SDG Governance Framework, with expected outcomes that include enhanced agility, quality, cost management, and operational sustainability. The study recommends a strategic action plan emphasizing AI infrastructure development, staff capacity building, and continuous monitoring to improve delivery and governance.
