This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership practices on teacher motivation and student academic outcomes. Grounded in the principles of idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, transformational leadership is explored as a framework for enhancing teacher engagement, job satisfaction, and instructional quality.

This study addresses this gap by examining the preoperative and postoperative experiences of patients who undergo LEEP, focusing on their physical, psychological, sexual, and overall health outcomes.
