Abstract
This study assesses the Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability embedded within the hybrid graduate school program of EPM & Associates in the Middle East, developed in collaboration with the Philippine Christian University (PCU). The hybrid model, which integrates online learning and in-person academic immersion, has emerged as a transformative approach to postgraduate education across the region. Using a quantitative descriptive research design, data were gathered from 384 respondents consisting of faculty members, graduate students, and administrators. The main variables included syllabus, curriculum, administrative standard operating procedures (SOPs), application of theories to actual practice, facilities, relevant AI software, and monitoring and feedback mechanisms. Preliminary findings suggest that AI integration enhances personalized learning, assessment efficiency, and academic management. However, challenges persist in terms of technological access and AI literacy among stakeholders. The proposed output is an AI Capability Framework for hybrid graduate education, with the expected outcomes of improved educational delivery, operational efficiency, and innovation in digital pedagogy. The action plan emphasizes strengthening AI infrastructure, faculty upskilling, and continuous monitoring to achieve academic excellence through AI-driven education.
