Abstract
The rapid growth of e-commerce has increased online transactions and internal operational demands within organizations. Managing company-owned fleet vehicles for business trips, meetings, and corporate activities presents challenges such as inefficient allocation, scheduling conflicts, rising fuel and maintenance costs, and limited visibility into fleet performance. The absence of an intelligent, data-driven system often leads to underutilized assets and higher operational expenses This study developed IMarket: E-commerce 2 Logistics II Smart Fleet Data Performance Monitoring Suite Using H2O-3 to enhance internal fleet management. The system followed the Agile Scrum methodology, enabling iterative improvements and continuous stakeholder feedback. It integrates centralized vehicle reservation management, real-time fleet monitoring, and predictive analytics using the H2O-3 framework to forecast vehicle demand, detect scheduling conflicts, and optimize resource allocation. Interactive dashboards present insights on fleet utilization, driver performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance trends. The implemented system eliminates scheduling conflicts through centralized reservation control and improves operational visibility via real-time dashboards. Automating visitor processing, identity verification, and document handling enhances administrative efficiency, strengthens security, and reduces manual workload. The unified platform enables smoother coordination across functions and supports scalable deployment for TNVS environments. The findings show that integrating AI-driven analytics into internal fleet logistics can transform traditional vehicle management into a data-informed, cost-efficient system. By improving operational transparency and decision-making, the platform enhances organizational efficiency, supports employee mobility, and strengthens long-term sustainability and competitiveness in the evolving e-commerce industry.

The Ascendens Asia Singapore - Bestlink College of the Philippines Journal of Multidisciplinary Research Abstracts (AASGBCPJMRA) is a collection of abstracts of research papers presented during Multidisciplinary Research Fests (MRFs) mainly organised by Ascendens Asia Singapore as well as other research conferences in collaboration with various institutions and learned societies. MRFs provide opportunities for collaboration with a common prime objective of creating platforms for students, faculty, staff, and researchers alike from different institutions to interrelate/interact with their counterparts. MRFs are expected to aid and promote personality development and critical thinking as participants engage themselves in constructive discussions with other participating researchers.
