The increasing use of chemical-based inks in writing materials contributes to environmental pollution and possible health risks. As sustainability becomes a growing concern, researchers are exploring eco-friendly alternatives from natural resources. This study aims to develop an alternative pen ink using Acacia leaves as a natural pigment source. Acacia leaves contain natural pigments and tannins that may be suitable for ink production. By utilizing discarded Acacia leaves, the study promotes waste reduction and responsible use of plant-based resources. The research aims to determine the potential of Acacia leaf-based ink as a sustainable and environmentally friendly writing material.

The study presents the development of an Automated Packaging Station designed to modernize small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) that rely on labor-intensive packaging systems, which often result in high costs, slow production, and inconsistent quality. It was invented to help small businesses compete with bigger automated corporations by decreasing manual errors, lowering labor costs, increasing production speed, and ensuring consistent and accurate packaging, particularly for 25-gram cocoa powders. To address this gap and democratize industrial automation, the present research develops an Automated Packaging Station powered by a Raspberry Pi microcontroller. This innovative solution integrates a sophisticated Huskylens Al camera, a controlled conveyor system, a high-precision robotic arm, and an automatic transfer switch (ATS) for guaranteed backup power integrity.

The efficiency of human resource management plays a vital role in the overall performance of any organization, including local government institutions. In the Municipality of Norzagaray, Bulacan, the recruitment and onboarding of employees remain critical processes that directly affect the delivery of public services. Traditionally, these processes are often carried out manually, leading to delays, inconsistencies, and administrative burdens for both applicants and HR personnel.

Food service operations in educational institutions are essential in supporting students’ academic performance and employees’ productivity. School canteens are expected to provide affordable, nutritious, and satisfactory meals to ensure overall well-being and customer satisfaction. At Bestlink College of the Philippines – Bulacan Campus, the canteen serves as the primary food provider for both students and employees. However, concerns regarding waiting time, menu variety, food consistency, portion size, and pricing have been informally observed. This study aimed to assess the food price and quality offered in the campus canteen as perceived by students and employees.

In modern healthcare, timely and accurate laboratory services are critical for clinical decision-making. However, many hospitals in the Philippines, such as Dr. Eduardo V. Roquero Memorial Hospital (DEVRMH), still rely on manual or semi-automated systems. These outdated practices lead to significant inefficiencies, including scheduling conflicts, delayed test results, lost records, and inadequate equipment maintenance, which threaten service quality and patient satisfaction. This research addresses these gaps by proposing a web-based Laboratory and Diagnostic Management System (LDMS) tailored to DEVRMH’s specific workflows.

This Chapter shows presentatons of tables, analysis and interpretation of data gathered by the researchs. It includes the profile of the respondents, the survey questions as well as the statistical treatment used in the study.

The illegal firearms continue to pose a significant challenge to peace and order in many localities across the Philippines. In the Municipality of Norzagaray, Bulacan, maintaining public safety and gun related crimes have remained top priorities for the local police force. The presence of unregistered and unlicensed firearms in communities, particularly in Barangay San Mateo, has been linked to various forms of criminal activities, including robbery, homicide, and gang related violence. As a result, the Norzagaray Municipal Police Station has implemented several strategic programs aimed at addressing the issue, such as intensified checkpoints, community policing, intelligence driven operations, and public information campaigns.

This study introduces an autonomous surveillance robot using Raspberry Pi, sensors, LiDAR, and an Alarm system to detect hazards like gas leaks, fire, and chemical spills. Designed for industrial and environmental safety, it navigates autonomously and sends real-time alerts to nearby and remote personnel.

The present study was conducted to investigate the level of understanding and implementation of RA 11229 or the Child Safety in Motor Vehicle Act in Barangay Minuyan Proper, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. The study examined the demographic profile of the respondents and their assessment of the law regarding their level of awareness, enforcement and community support.

Community participation was essential in promoting peace and order at the barangay level, and the effectiveness of police community crime prevention awareness programs depended on proper implementation and the level of awareness among stakeholders. This study assessed the Police Community Crime Prevention Awareness Programs implemented in Barangay Gaya-Gaya, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, and examined the awareness and participation of residents, homeowners’ association (HOA) officers, and Philippine National Police (PNP) personnel, as well as their perceptions of program implementation.

This study assessed the marketing mix strategies of Cely Farm in San Mateo, Norzagaray, Bulacan as an eco-tourism destination and proposed an enhancement plan to improve its overall appeal. The study aimed to evaluate how the 7Ps Marketing Mix Framework (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, and Process) influences visitor perception and satisfaction.

The rapid expansion of e-commerce highlights inefficiencies in manual parcel sorting. While automated systems exist, they heavily rely on static conveyor setups that lack adaptability in dynamic warehouse environments. To address this operational gap, this research developed a mobile Parcel-Sorting Cobotic System utilizing a Raspberry Pi 4, Arduino Uno, OCR, HuskyLens AI vision, and LiDAR navigation. This research provides a timely and necessary solution by offering flexible, autonomous routing and object handling, creating a scalable alternative to fixed infrastructure for small-to-medium logistics hubs. METHODS

This study examined how effective the anti-illegal gambling operations are in Barangay Kaypian, SJDM, Bulacan during the Academic Year 2025–2026. It focused on four important areas: personnel and training, logistical support, policy and procedures, and community involvement. Guided by Merton’s Strain Theory and the Input-Process-Output (IPO) model, the researchers gathered data from 50 respondents, including barangay officials, police officers, and residents, through survey questionnaires.

The Municipality of Norzagaray is a first-class municipality located in the province of Bulacan, Philippines. Established in 1877, it has grown into a vibrant community with a population that continues to expand, necessitating efficient and effective local governance. As the municipality strives to provide quality public services, managing the performance of its employees becomes a critical factor in achieving its development goals. Currently, the municipality relies on a manual and paper-based performance appraisal system, which often results in delays, inconsistencies, and lack of transparency in evaluating employee performance.

Juvenile delinquency remains a major social issue influenced by factors such as family conflict, peer pressure, poverty, and limited education, which increase youths’ involvement in crime. Counseling programs play a vital role in rehabilitating juvenile offenders by promoting emotional stability, social skills, and positive behavior through individual and group interventions. However, their effectiveness is often affected by challenges like limited resources, inadequate staffing, and weak family support. In San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, assessing the implementation of these programs is essential to identify strengths and gaps. This study therefore evaluates the level of implementation of counseling services to help improve rehabilitation outcomes.

This study focuses on the implementation of the Anti-Drunk Driving Law by the PNP and CTMG in Barangay Minuyan Proper, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. It involved 100 respondents, including 65 drivers, 10 barangay officials, and 25 law enforcers. Using a descriptive research method, the study aims to assess the level of awareness, enforcement practices, and compliance with Republic Act No. 10586. Anchored on the Theory of Planned Behavior.

This study looks into the important yet often overlooked role of city traffic management group during road accidents in Barangay Bagong Buhay I, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. As urbanization grows and road activity increases in this area, City Traffic Management Group (CTMG) play a key role in maintaining order, ensuring safety, and holding individuals accountable. It is essential to evaluate how well they contribute to road accident investigations and resolutions.

Efficient inventory management is essential for improving operational efficiency in small food retail businesses, as it directly affects product availability, accuracy of records, and waste reduction. Scoop n’ Snacks, an ice cream and snack shop, relied on a manual inventory system that resulted in inaccurate stock records, delays in monitoring inventory levels, and product spoilage. These challenges highlighted the need for a more reliable and systematic inventory management approach.

This research examined the effectiveness of an AI-Driven platform with gamified elements as a means of being a tool for studying as a senior high school student. AI has made it much less appealing to quiz oneself because students now depend on AI to give them answers instead of figuring things out for themselves. Traditional applications for studying have not evolved, resulting in a lack of a modernized and stimulating system that promotes authentic learning. This study aimed to evaluate the potential of this approach and its real-world effectiveness on the academic engagement and performance of Senior High School students.
